At YAHBARA Health, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely
happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with EU consumer law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
- As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it,
without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, please contact us at info@yahbarahealth.com within 14 days of
delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
- For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened teas,
supplements, or consumable products.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.
3. Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is
defective or you received the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered
safely.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund (including original standard delivery costs if the full order is
returned) will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately
at info@yahbarahealth.com with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a
replacement or refund at no extra cost.
